1. The service
HomeFixHelpHQ is an informational and referral-oriented website operated by ProCustomerControl, a business registered in Israel. It provides educational home-service guidance and may offer a way to request contact from independent service providers.
HomeFixHelpHQ is not a contractor, repair company, emergency service, utility, insurer, licensing authority, or employer of any provider.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not submit false requests, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or submit sensitive information that is not needed for a service request.
3. Informational content
Content is general information, not a substitute for an in-person inspection, diagnosis, legal advice, or professional judgment. Conditions vary by property, equipment, location, code, and risk. Stop and seek appropriate help when a condition may be unsafe.
4. Independent service providers
Providers are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors of HomeFixHelpHQ or ProCustomerControl. HomeFixHelpHQ does not perform the work and is not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Unless a documented screening program is expressly described for a specific provider, HomeFixHelpHQ does not represent that a provider is verified, vetted, approved, certified, trusted, licensed, insured, available, or suitable. You are responsible for checking credentials, insurance, permits, references, scope, pricing, and contract terms.
5. Service requests and contact
A service request does not require you to hire anyone and does not guarantee that a provider will respond, provide a quote, accept the job, or respond within a particular time. When you submit a service request, the information you provide is sent to ProLeadControl and may be shared with one or more independent HVAC service providers. HomeFixHelpHQ, through ProLeadControl, and those providers may contact you about your request by phone call, SMS/text message, or email, including automated communications where applicable.
6. Referral compensation
HomeFixHelpHQ may receive compensation when a request is submitted, connected with a provider, or results in purchased services. Compensation may influence which connection options are presented, but it does not change your responsibility to evaluate providers independently.
7. Emergencies and safety
Do not use the site or lead form for emergencies. For fire, gas leaks, carbon monoxide, exposed electrical hazards, serious flooding, injuries, or immediate danger, leave the area when appropriate and contact emergency services or the relevant utility.
8. Intellectual property
The site design, original text, graphics, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to ProCustomerControl, except for third-party materials. You may use the site for ordinary personal informational purposes. Other copying, resale, republication, or exploitation requires permission unless applicable law permits it.
9. Third-party services
The site may link to or later integrate with third-party providers, hosting, analytics, communications, CRM, or lead systems. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or technical integration is not an endorsement or guarantee.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProCustomerControl disclaims implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, provider performance, and outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProCustomerControl and HomeFixHelpHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, property damage, personal injury caused by a provider or user action, or disputes between users and providers. Mandatory consumer rights and non-waivable liability remain unaffected.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without applying conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot be waived.
Before filing a formal claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice. Subject to mandatory law, courts located in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel will have jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service, law, or lead flow changes. The version and effective date will be displayed. Questions or legal notices may be sent to legal@homefixhelphq.com.
