1. How the lead flow works
When you submit a service request through HomeFixHelpHQ, the information you provide is sent first to ProLeadControl. ProLeadControl may share that information with one or more independent HVAC service providers in connection with your request. HomeFixHelpHQ, through ProLeadControl, and participating service providers may contact you by phone call, SMS/text message, or email, including automated communications where applicable.

When you submit a service request, the information you provide is sent first to ProLeadControl and may be shared with one or more independent HVAC service providers in connection with your request. 3. Independent providers
HomeFixHelpHQ is not a contractor and does not perform the work. Providers are independent third parties. A request does not require you to hire anyone and does not guarantee a response, appointment, quote, price, availability, or result.
Unless a documented screening program is expressly stated, providers are not represented as verified, vetted, approved, certified, trusted, licensed, or insured. Check those matters yourself.
4. Compensation
HomeFixHelpHQ may receive compensation when you submit a request, are connected with a provider, or purchase services. The exact trigger and recipient arrangement must be updated here when the commercial model is finalized.
5. Service communication and marketing
The form includes a separate provider-sharing and service-contact authorization. It does not request marketing consent. If marketing, autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, or promotional texts are introduced, they require separate analysis, clear identification of the parties and methods, and a separate optional consent where required.
6. Data and consent record
The form generates consent evidence associated with the request, including the consent text, versions, and timestamps captured during submission. Submitted data is validated server-side before it is forwarded.
