1. Current pre-production state
The v1.3.0 lead form runs in PREVIEW_ONLY mode. The static form does not send entered lead data to an endpoint, CRM, email address, webhook, provider, or third-party lead system. The preview generates local consent evidence fields only to test the flow.
Hosting providers may still process ordinary access logs according to their configuration. No analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or call-tracking code was approved in this kit.
2. Information the live service may collect
If Production is later approved, the service may collect the service needed, ZIP code, name, email, phone number, problem description, preferred contact details, urgency, property or equipment details, source page, consent evidence, timestamps, referral source, and limited campaign parameters.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details, medical information, passwords, government IDs, or unrelated sensitive information.
3. Why information may be used
- To receive, validate, route, and manage a service request.
- To allow approved independent providers to respond to the specific request.
- To document consent, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to privacy requests.
- To measure referral performance only when the implemented tracking and disclosure support it.
4. Sharing and recipients
Before Production, this section must be updated with the actual recipient names or categories. A live request may be shared only with the approved independent provider recipient or approved processor described in the live form and deployment documentation.
Potential processors may include hosting, CRM, lead-routing, email, SMS, anti-bot, security, logging, and support vendors. HomeFixHelpHQ must review their terms, privacy practices, security, retention, deletion, onward-transfer rights, and data-processing terms before use.
5. Sale or sharing under applicable law
Referral compensation or disclosure of personal information to a provider may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or similar regulated activity under some laws, depending on the final technical and commercial model. The Production policy and any required opt-out mechanism must reflect the actual model. No claim that information is “never sold” is made in this draft.
6. Consent evidence
The planned consent record includes the lead ID, submission timestamp, source page, selected service, exact consent text shown, Terms version, Privacy version, provider-sharing status, service-communication status, marketing consent status, referral source, limited campaign parameters, destination, transfer status, and error response.
IP address collection is not implemented in the static preview. If lawfully required, it must be collected and protected server-side, with a documented purpose and retention period.
7. Retention
No live lead-retention period has been approved. Before Production, retention must be defined separately for active requests, consent evidence, security logs, failed transfers, backups, and privacy requests. Data should not be kept merely because it might be useful later.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an opt-out from certain sales, sharing, profiling, or marketing. Send requests to privacy@homefixhelphq.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information when legally required.
For service texts, reply STOP where supported. Marketing consent, if ever introduced, must be separate and optional.
9. Cookies and tracking
This static kit does not require advertising cookies. Basic hosting or security technologies may be used. If analytics, pixels, session replay, call tracking, or targeted advertising is introduced, the code, cookie notice, consent controls, and this policy must be updated before deployment.
10. Security and international processing
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used, including encrypted transmission, access controls, secret management, validation, rate limiting, anti-bot controls, secure logs, and incident handling. No system is completely secure.
ProCustomerControl operates from Israel, and approved providers or processors may operate in other countries. Production documentation must identify relevant processing locations and safeguards.
11. Children
The service is not designed for children to submit service requests independently. Do not submit information about a child unless necessary and lawful for the request.
12. Contact and updates
Privacy questions and requests: privacy@homefixhelphq.com. General support: support@homefixhelphq.com. This policy will be revised when the actual lead destination and processors are selected.
